Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support a growing roofing company in Temecula, California. This role focuses on entering and maintaining accurate data, supporting project documentation, and assisting with administrative operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data related to projects, customers, and work orders.
  • Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
  • Support job tracking, contracts, invoices, and permits.
  • Communicate with customers and team members in English and Spanish.
  • Scan and upload documents into company systems.
  • Assist with general administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
  • 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
